Leah joins Applegate & Company with over 20 years of management experience in retail, production, and service related industries both in the United States and abroad.

She received her Bachelor of Science with Highest Distinction in both Accounting and Management (4.0 GPA) from Purdue University.  

Other honors that she has received include being named Honorable Kentucky Colonel by Governor Ernie Fletcher, former McCracken County KY Election Board Commissioner, Inductee of Alpha Sigma Lambda, graduate of the Dale Carnegie course in Human Relations, recipient of a collegiate Presidential Scholarship, Duke University Talent Search Regional Winner, ACES customer service award from Four Winds Casino, and Certificate of Proficiency in French from the Chambre de Commerce de Nice, France.
